Hydration unit

Designed to prepare water-based gel for hydraulic fracturing operations at the wellsite. At the inlet, it is possible to mix fresh water with four types of liquid as well as dry chemical in different concentrations. Depending on the suction and flow rate, it is possible to determine the exact preparation time from the moment of adding water to getting the gel.
